How Human Design Guides Personal Growth

According to my Human Design, I am here to do deep research into all kinds of topics that interest me, to read books and get informed of every detail, to dig in deep, test everything out personally, and then spread all I have learned into the world. When I heard this I was like whaat? How do you know that? I never gave it a thought but that is exactly what I do. All the time. I study and I share. Only to find out that very often the people around me don’t want to hear what I have to say. Often I’ve dug in too deep and I have lost them along the way, especially with all my health researches and now with Human Design, something many people have never heard off.

And this wasn’t the only thing Human Design got right. The more I study, the more I am getting to know myself and living my design ; that is where my decision to start spreading more news through this blog came in. Curious? Stay put!

So what is Human Design? It is a rich and inspiring system designed to help you truly understand yourself. It serves as a powerful tool for self-discovery and personal growth. Think of it as a personal manual, GPS so to say— a guide to how your conscious and unconscious energies flow. It helps you understand what you’re naturally aligned with and what you’re not meant to be.

Although we are all uniquely wired, society often expects us to fit into the same mold. From a young age, we are conditioned by our parents, schools, and culture to follow a certain path, make certain decisions, and behave in certain ways. We are conditioned to all be the same. In trying to meet these expectations, many of us lose touch with who we really are, and as a result we end up frustrated, stressed, end feel drained from energy.

By discovering your Human Design, you begin to see your true nature and realize it’s okay — even necessary — to be different. It helps you recognize your authentic role in the world and gives you permission to live in alignment with who you really are. In fact, reading your bodygraph can feel like looking in a mirror that finally reflects your true self. To me it definitely feels that way!

Human Design combines elements of ancient spiritual systems — like the I Ching, Kabbalah, and astrology — with modern sciences like quantum physics and biochemistry. Using your birth date and time and place, it generates a bodygraph filled with insights about how you think, work, learn, process information, the environments you thrive in, how you should ideally nourish yourself, and much more. Each of us has a unique purpose in this world.

This system acts as a personal navigation tool. When you begin to follow your design, you’ll intuitively sense what’s right or wrong for you. It invites you to reflect, experiment, and see yourself in a new light. It reveals your true potential and helps you live in harmony with your nature.

It’s a personal journey, one you take at your own pace. You might find that it resonates deeply, it will make you more energetic and happier — or not at all. And if it doesn’t, that’s okay too. Human Design isn’t for everyone.

The system was introduced to me by a friend and I was completely hooked. I was looking straight into the mirror, I had many ‘aha’ moments. It sounds too good to be true, but it is so specific that it can’t be coincidence. I got into it deeper and deeper, and finally decided I want to know just about everything there is about myself in particular and human design in general ; I started the courses organised by the institute of Human design in order to not only know all there is to know, but to become a certified analist. But it will take a couple of years until I reach that. Meanwhile, not a day goes by that I am not studying or analysing. I can’t want for the next day to learn more!
