Artist. Photographer. Entrepreneur. (Grand)Mother. Wife. Friend.
These are some of the roles I play, but at my core, I’m simply a seeker — someone always looking for what brings joy, balance, and meaning. I believe deeply in the connection between mind and body — mens sana in corpore sano — and I’ve spent years exploring everything that supports that harmony. I read, I reflect, and above all, I love to share what lifts me up with others.
My journey took an unexpected and beautiful turn when I discovered Human Design. It felt like a homecoming. For the first time, I saw myself clearly — not the version shaped by expectations, but the true, deep version of me. That realization was nothing short of life-changing.
It awakened something so powerful in me that I chose to dive deep into Human Design. Simply talking about it wasn’t enough—I wanted to help others reconnect with who they truly are, just as I did.
The more I see people being pushed into roles that don’t fit them—given labels, pressured to conform, encouraged to hide their true nature—the more frustrated I become. It goes against everything Human Design stands for. We are all different. We’re meant to embrace our natural qualities, not suppress them. Human Design gives you the tools to truly understand yourself.
I’m now on the path toward becoming a certified analyst, a process that will take a few years. While I continue my studies, I’m offering simple readings—light, accessible sessions that can be enjoyed for fun, shared with family and friends, or used as a gentle way to explore who you are and how you’re designed to thrive.
In the meantime, I’ll keep writing about Human Design—alongside the other things I love: wellbeing, and of course, delights… the tiny, everyday moments that make you smile—because, according to my Human Design blueprint, writing is at the very heart of who I am.
