It looks like the sun knew it is dia de primavera (day of spring) today, as she gave a little more warmth then she did in the previous weeks. It was 26 degrees today! Time to exchange the boots for summer shoes, to put the winter coats aside, and go outside to enjoy this lovely day. This day is special in Argentina and it is celebrated. This morning our ‘encargado’ wished me a ‘Feliz dia’, and he was just the first of many to come.

Universities are closed and all the students go to the many parks in Capital to have a picnic, play music, listen to the concerts, and enjoy the beautiful weather. -I wonder what happens if it rains on this day, does it ever rain on the 21st of september?- It is a joy to walk past the parks, and see the young chill. Yes! Spring has come!

It rains 80% of the time on the Día de la primavera. They go to the parks anyway. And it won’t be unusual, that tomorrow or day after tomorrow we have lots of rain and wind

You are right. It is cold today…. I guess the sun has worked too hard yesterday and needed a break. 😉

I’d like to thank you so much for the work you have put in writing this weblog. I’m hoping the same high-grade web page post from you in the future also. The fact is your original writing abilities has impressed me to get my own website now. Actually the blogging is spreading its wings rapidly. Your own write up is a very good example of it.
